Marine biology is the study of marine organisms, their behaviors and their interactions with the environment. Because there are so many topics one could study within the field, many researchers select a particular interest and specialize in it. Specializations can be based on a particular species, organism, behavior, technique or ecosystem. For example, marine biologists may choose to study a single species of clams, or all clams that are native to a climate or region.

Some researchers get involved in a range of activities. Alex Almario , a laboratory and field operations technician profiled on this site, provides field support for scientists conducting estuarine research. He reports that his many duties include: "boat operation and maintenance; water quality data and sample collection; wetlands, mangrove, seagrass and coral research; scuba surface support and diving; fieldwork; and wet lab ecotoxicology support."

i might advise refining your subject count number much extra. considering that this is a examine paper, what question approximately marine biology did you prefer to ask or what subject count number did you care to coach? what is going to your thesis assertion be? I disagree with the different poster. i think of your subject count number continues to be too vast. you re getting into an excellent course, nonetheless. slender your techniques to a minimum of one specific thesis assertion interior the part of marine biology and you will run with that.

Byoung-San Moon, Wange Lu and colleagues show that crosstalk between genetic and epigenetic components involving interactions between Smek and Mbd3 plays a crucial role in determining cell fate of neural stem cells during cortical neurogenesis in the developing brain.

A neuroimaging study in awake macaques, by Colline Poirier, Timothy Griffiths and co-workers, provides the first demonstration that auditory motion is not simply deduced from changes in spatial location but relies on motion-specific mechanisms.

Biology research papers have been written on some of the most interesting topics. Finding a good topic depends on personal interest and knowledge. A few great topics may relate to what is currently trending in the news or natural phenomenon’s that continue to puzzle some of the most prominent researchers in the field. While there are a number of great topics to choose from, it helps to narrow down a few ideas to help you work toward a favorable topic. Consider the following 7 topics for your next biology research paper.

Our website is free of charge. So the only formula of using it is our tips + plenty of practice = High scoring research paper. Our writers try to write funny, knowledgeable, and unpretentious.

Evolution as it is probably the most general and therefor the most exciting in my opinion.

It would be possible to write a paper on marine biology, but it depends on what you want to write it about. If you want to contrast that marine biology studies the animal against marine ecology, which studies the interrelationship between animals and their habitat, then I d say go for it. But if you want to do it about something different, then I would choose one animal, or a class of animals, depending on the animal you choose. As for ideas, my favorite subjects in marine biology are sharks, jellyfish, whales, and creatures of the deep, especially the angler fish. If I was assigned a paper I would personally do it on one of those, but other options would be about sea turtles, viper fish, manatees, rays, anemones, sea cucumbers, corral, sponges, or many other things. If you did choose an animal I would try to include dietary habits, predators, size, what level of the ocean it lives on, and anything else that is unique and interesting about it (i.e. The angler fish lives in the deep water where sunlight never reaches and it gets really cold. How it gets its prey is it has a light that dangles in front of its mouth, and since its so dark down there, the fish are attracted to it, so it gets an easy meal. Another surprising fact is that the average angler fish only gets to be four inches long. At least I thought it surprising, as it s portrayed as much bigger on Finding Nemo, the first place I had seen it at. Hope it helps.
